Technical Coordinator - Willem Dijkstra
Hey everyone,
My name is Willem. I've been a member of the Ramenlappers for a year and a half and will be serving as Technical Coordinator on the board this year.
In addition to my board position, I'm studying Occupational Therapy, which is quite a success for me, considering I studied Human Movement Sciences the year before. Although living and studying in Groningen is fantastic, I'm originally from the most charming village in Friesland: Joure. I played tennis there at a low level in my younger years, but since I started studying in Groningen, I've made the exciting switch to padel!
During my board year, I'm also on two committees at the Ramenlappers: the RTC and the RKO Committee. These are two great padel-related committees. The RTC helps me with scheduling training sessions and competitions for the members, and even organizing a winter tournament with the RKO Committee, which is fantastic!
